About Ed’s Metaphors

Methaphor – figurative language: all language that involves figures of speech or symbolism and does not literally represent real things (Microsoft Encarta) Our world is teeming with lessons about life but they are hidden in ambiguities. This is my effort to find each one of them and share what I believe are their meanings. Unlike my other blogs, some of which are excruciatingly long, my posts here will be short and simple. Just enough to get the message accross. Actually, I can’t promise that. I will do my best to get my message accross fast and efficient but when inspiration warrants, I will indulge in writing more lengthily more for my satisfaction than anyone else’s.

About Ed

Ed is a perpetual passenger. He takes a two-hour bus ride from Fairview, Quezon City to the Makati Central Business District and back. He spends no less than four hours everyday, sitting in a bus looking at the world inside and outside and tries to make sense of the seemingly chaotic yet interconnected hustle and bustle of everyday life.

When not blogging, Ed Leads, writes, teaches and talks… a lot.
